termes et conditions

general

-i reserve the right to turn down any request
-the completed artwork will be posted in public for promotion
-you may not reprint/reuse/reproduce my artworks for monetary profit (only utilize them for your personal use)
-you may post them in your platform with or without credit (but please don't erase my watermark)

payment & refund

-at least 50% downpayment is required in order to start the commission; you may opt to send full payment so there's less deduction of fees on my end ^_^
-full artwork (in PNG) will be sent after full payment
-should the client fail to send payment within 3 days, their slot will automatically be forfeited
-you will not be entitled to a refund once i start working on the commission. i will be messaging you if i'm about to start yours.
-if you decide to cancel before i start, or if, for any reason, i am unable to start the commission, the client will receive full refund
-i juggle art and school so works may be completed in weeks, months even. but rest assured that every piece i start will be completed
-tips are appreciated!
